90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Vievanta. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and a full refund.
How to start a return
Email us at contact@vievanta.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery.
- Please send the item back with its cover and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- Free gifts included with your order do not need to be returned.
Damaged or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at contact@vievanta.com with a photo so we can make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If more time has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@vievanta.com.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
